• Lead, execute and co-create regional and assigned worldwide product development of LED / SSL / Lighting;
• Establish development and quality proceses; establish project management tools for new product development in LED / SSL / Lighting;
• Drive and inspire marketing teams with innovative product ideas for Asian and global markets;
• Manage a team of professional engineers to achieve the company's R&D objectives

Requirements:

• At least eight years experience in a management role in research and development;
• Proven records in LED / Lighting / SSL new product development
• Strong technical knowledge in LED power supplies, light engines and luminaires
• Good management / communication skills
• PhD / Master's Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering

Bluetooth Software Manager

QUALIFICATION (DETAIL):

Education:

BS/MS in EE or CS. 2-5 years of relevant Bluetooth software management experience

Experience:

• Proven experience in leading small and medium size software team
• Proven experience in working with multidisciplinary teams on complex products
• Hand-on experience with Bluetooth upper layer protocol stack and/or Bluetooth firmware development
• Familiar with windows driver architecture and debug technique
• Hand-on Firmware and real-time programming experience
• Familiar with USB and Bluetooth protocol
• Robust design capabilities and implementation
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, train software engineering team
• visionary and pathfinder for software development for existing and new architectures
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Define and manage the full life cycle of the software designed for our Bluetooth products, with multi-site engineering teams.
• Define the methodologies and tools for Bluetooth software development activities
• Lead the vision for software architecture and development.
• Manage the design, development and implementation of Bluetooth upper layer stack and firmware development
• Help defining and designing multi-disciplinary system architectures that include complex Windows Software and real-time firmware
