QUALIFICATION (DETAIL):
Education:
BS/MS in EE or CS. 2-5 years of relevant Bluetooth software management experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in leading small and medium size software team
- Proven experience in working with multidisciplinary teams on complex products
- Hand-on experience with Bluetooth upper layer protocol stack and/or Bluetooth firmware development
- Familiar with windows driver architecture and debug technique
- Hand-on Firmware and real-time programming experience
- Familiar with USB and Bluetooth protocol
- Robust design capabilities and implementation
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, train software engineering team
- visionary and pathfinder for software development for existing and new architectures
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Define and manage the full life cycle of the software designed for our Bluetooth products, with multi-site engineering teams.
- Define the methodologies and tools for Bluetooth software development activities
- Lead the vision for software architecture and development.
- Manage the design, development and implementation of Bluetooth upper layer stack and firmware development
- Help defining and designing multi-disciplinary system architectures that include complex Windows Software and real-time firmware
