Job Responsibilities

Accounting

• Process payments to branch sub-contractors & vendors
• Collect and Log receipts and invoices for accounting
• Monthly report (incomes, outcomes, invoices) to Singapore HQ

Logistic

• To register incoming and outgoing items in branch stock
• To liaise with freight forwarders to monitor shipments and freight

Human Resources

• Monitor and report staff overtime
• Process salary payments and administration
• Assist with Visa and Work Permit renewal for foreign staff

Secretary and Administration

• To welcome Guests and Customers
• Provide general administrative and secretary duties
• Ensure sufficient supply of office stationeries
• Occasional translation from Thai to English
• Assist in any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Bachelor of Arts or relevant
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal skills
• A self starter and hands on person who can work independently
