RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and serve our customers to ensure customer excellence 2. Perform Customer Services, including troubleshooting, repair and field installations of standard products 3. Provide informal training to customers on site during instrument installation 4. Provide technical support to customers via phone or email 5. Provide support to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales as required 6. Provide documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION 1. Ability to understand electronic schematics 2. Ability to explain to customers the operation, principles and regulatory aspects of the equipment you service 3. Good communication skills 4. Good interpersonal skills 5. Good personal computers skill 6. Ability to follow all company policies and guidelines
