JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and Coach Shop Managers in the country
- Strategic Business and Operation Planning and Management
- Maintain and develop the existing and new business opportunities
- P&L Management: Achieve and exceed the Country’s Retail Turnover and Revenue target
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Prefer to have experience in luxury brand/ watch & jewelry retail management
- Require to station and travel around in Taiwan
- Well-known the culture and market in Taiwan
- Have good relationship with local landlords and malls
- Used to work in companies with Multinational culture
- Good Negotiation, Communication and Interpersonal skill
- With positive mindset and energetic
